Additional Info

With the objective of the transition to a greener economy, more and more European countries and regions have developed circular bioeconomy policies involving agroforestry as an important priority. The challenge coming from the climate change, increasing air pollution, energetic self-sufficiency, rising construction demand, need for a sustainable green growth. All these elements are present in the bioeconomic breakthrough emphasized by the European Commission and in line with the objective of the European Green Deal, as well as the Paris Climate Agreement.
